The clerk is directed to issue process to defendants (1) Dr. Samuel Byrd; (2) Dr. Naveen Rajoli; (3) Nurse Kimberly Hobson; (4) Nurse Barbara Riggs; (5) Nurse L. Cupp; (6) Mr. I. Randolph; and (7) Wexford of Indiana, LLC. Except for grievance specialist Mr. Randolph, all individual defendants were employees of Wexford of Indiana, LLC, at all times relevant to the complaint.
