ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTIONS TO AMEND OR CORRECT IN FORMA PAUPERIS REQUEST: Mr. Blakley's motions, dkts. #9 and #11 , are GRANTED to the limited extent that they have been considered in the Court's calculation of Mr. Blakley's initial partial filing fee, which remains unchanged. Mr. Blakley's financial documents reflecting his average monthly deposits for the last six months support an assessment of an initial partial filing fee of $18.97. 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(A). Mr. Blakley's motions are DENIED as to all other requested relief. In accordance with the Court's Order of June 17, 2024, Mr. Blakley shall have through July 17, 2024, in which to pay his initial partial filing fee to the clerk of the district court, or to demonstrate his financial inability to do so.
