Mr. Blakley's financial documents reflecting his average monthly deposits for the last six months support an assessment of an initial partial filing fee of $18.97. 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(A). Mr. Blakley's motions are DENIED as to all other requested relief. In accordance with the Court's Order of June 17, 2024, Mr. Blakley shall have through July 17, 2024, in which to pay his initial partial filing fee to the clerk of the district court, or to demonstrate his financial inability to do so.
