ORDER granting #12 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis to the extent that the plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Forty-Four Dollars and Twenty-Two Cents ($44.22). The plaintiff shall have through September 2, 2024, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. To the extent the plaintiff's motion requests a complete waiver of payment of an initial partial filing fee, and for the Court to immediately screen the case and otherwise grant relief without an opportunity for the named defendants to respond, the motion, dkt. #12 , is DENIED IN PART. The Court further advises the plaintiff that he may disregard the notice of deficiency issued to him on July 24, 2024, regarding the filing fee for this case. Dkt. #28 . SEE ORDER.
