The plaintiff's failure to protect claim against David Wedding shall proceed. The claim is based on Mr. Wedding's failure to inform Jefferson County that the plaintiff should be separated from William Hamar. If the plaintiff believes that additional claims were alleged in the amended complaint, but not identified by the Court he shall have through September 28, 2018, in which to identify those claims. The clerk is designated pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c) to issue process to the defendant David Wedding in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the amended complaint filed on August 29, 2018, applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Entry.
