Order Granting In Forma Pauperis Status, Screening Complaint, Dismissing Deficient Claims, and Ordering Issuance and Service of Process - Plaintiff Jeffrey Michael Abbott, Jr.'s motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted. The complaint is dismissed against Mr. Chamberlain and the clerk is directed to update the docket to reflect this dismissal. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants (1) Nurse on Duty First Shift on Sept. 17, 2018, and (2) Sheriff Tim Bottoms in the manner specified by Rule 4(d).
