The Magistrate Judge now RECONSIDERS 30 Order on Motion for Discovery, but concludes that the plaintiff's motion should, in any event, be GRANTED, in part. 30 O rder on Motion for Discovery is RESCINDED and the parties are ORDERED to meet and confer within 10 days of this entry. The subpoenas issued by plaintiff shall stand, and compliance wtih the subpoenas may be enforced by appropriate motion, if necessary. See Order for particulars. Signed by Magistrate Judge William G.
