ORDER OF DEPOSIT - This cause coming before the Court on Midland National Life Insurance Company's ("Midland") Motion to Deposit its Admitted Liability pursuant to its Complaint in Interpleader under 28 U.S.C. 1335 and Rule 22 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court being fully advised as to the premises, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that: Midland is granted leave to deposit into the Registry of this Court the sum of $191,401.76 representing the amount payable under flexible premium adjustable life insurance policy no. ******4327 plus interest (the "Policy Proceeds"), that is subject to competing claims by Defendants, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby directed, upon the entry of this Order, to receive said sum and to issue its receipt for same and to hold said sum pending further order of this Court. Upon receipt of the Policy Proceeds, the Clerk of this Court is directed to deposit same into an interest bearing account, in keeping with the Clerk's normal practice, pending further order of this Court.
