Plaintiffs 3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Raymond Cooper is granted. Cooper is directed to submit an initial partial filing fee of $7.01 by no later than t hirty (30) days from the date of this order. The clerk's office is directed to send a copy of this order and the notice of collection of filing fee to the appropriate official at the place where Cooper is an inmate. The remaining plaintiffs mus t either (a) file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis or (b) pay the $350 filing fee, on an individual basis, within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.
