Filing 2 ORDER: Plaintiff will be given 30 days from the date of this order to file an amended motion to proceed in forma pauperis which complies with the requirements, or pay the $402 filing fee. If Webbs does not file an amended motion within 30 days, or pay the $402 filing fee, this case will be dismissed with no further order of the court. Additionally, Plaintiff will be given 30 days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint setting out when and where his claim arose and otherwise complying with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
