The Clerk of Court shall send a copy of this Order to Assistant Iowa Attorney General Gretchen Kraemer and attorney Pamela Winge rt. Mr. Wingert shall file and serve an Amended Complaint in C14-4102-DEO within 45 days from the date of this Order. Mr. West's MOTION to Appoint Counsel ( 2 in 5:14-cv-04125-DEO) is denied as moot.
