TEXT ORDER Regarding #1 Notice of Removal. The Notice of Removal identifies the state of organization and principal place of business for the two LLC defendants. For diversity purposes, however, an LLC's citizenship is based the citizenship of its members. The Court therefore needs Defendants to supplement their Notice of Removal to identify: (a) for Defendant Wing Enterprises, LLC, the identity and citizenship of each of its members; and (b) for Defendant Little Giant Ladder Systems, LLC, the name and principal place of business of the Utah corporation that is the sole member of the LLC (keeping in mind that corporations are citizens of up to two states: the place of incorporation and the principal place of business).
