TEXT ORDER re: #5 Movant's objections to Attorney Larson's response to ineffective assistance claims. As stated in the Court's Initial Review Order, raising claims of ineffective assistance of counsel generally waives attorney-client privilege. Movant does not state a proper basis for the objections set forth in his response. Accordingly, Attorney Larson is directed to file a response to the Section 2255 Motion by no later than September 13, 2024. Respondent shall file an answer or brief in response by September 30, 2024.
