The case is remanded pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further proceedings in accordance with this Memorandum and Order. The court denies Plaintiff's request to award benefits as additional fact-finding may be useful to the ALJ on remand and the court does not find substantial and uncontradicted evidence that Plaintiff is disabled.
