ORDER. On November 16, 2020, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause why the court should not dismiss this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because the Complaint fails to establish that diversity of citizenship exists. Doc. #5 . Plaintiff filed a Response (Doc. #6 ) in a timely fashion. The Response sufficiently establishes the citizenship of each defendant in this case. And the court finds that plaintiff now has alleged facts sufficient to establish diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332. Plaintiff thus has shown good cause why the court should not dismiss this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed by District Judge Daniel D. Crabtree on 12/04/2020.
