Vratil, Case No. 04-2539-KHV, Doc. 473, Ms. Zhu is enjoined from filing any pro se claim in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas unless she first obtains leave of the Court to do so. Ms. Zhu did not follow the procedures set forth in Appendix A of the order and this case was thus opened in error. Accordingly, the Complaint is dismissed without prejudice to the filing of the required petition seeking leave to file a pro se action.
