September 25, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 14 ORDER granting #12 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint. In accordance with the Court's prior Order, ECF No. 13, Defendants emailed the Magistrate Judge's chambers on September 24, 2024, and stated there was no opposition to Plaintiff's Motion. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15, the Motion to Amend is granted. Plaintiff shall file a copy of the amended complaint as a separate document on the docket by September 30, 2024.
