Plaintiffs are parties to both actions, but each case has different Defendants. Given that both cases were only recently filed, Defendants in each case have not been served or appeared. The Court is disinclined to determine whether consolidation is appropriate without input from Defendants. Accordingly, the Court stays briefing deadlines on the Motion to Consolidate and will enter an order setting briefing deadlines once Defendants have appeared in both cases.
