Western Plains has established that all of the challenged documents identified on its privilege log ar e protected from disclosure under either the peer review or risk management privilege. The motion is therefore granted and the June 2013 subpoena served by Plaintiff upon Western Plains quashed to the extent that the subpoena seeks production of docu ments subject to the peer review and risk management privileges under Kansas law. The motion is denied as to Western Plains's overly broad and relevance objections to producing documents responsive to Subpoena Request Nos. 16 and 18.
