ORDER finding as moot #9 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff has moved to proceed without prepayment of fees with a supporting financial affidavit. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1), the Court may authorize the commencement of a suit by a person unable to pay the filing fee. However, in this case, the filing fee has already been paid by the Defendant because this is a removal case. As such, the Plaintiff does not need to pay a filing fee to proceed with the case.
