Sandmann v. Cable News Network, Inc. Featured Case

Nicholas Sandmann, a Kentucky high school student featured in a viral video that shows him wearing a Make America Great Again (MAGA) hat confronting a man, has filed a series of lawsuits against media companies including CNN, alleging that the media wrongfully targeted and bullied Nicholas because he was white, Catholic, and wearing a "Make America Great Again" cap.
