Filing 6 ORDER FOR MEETING AND REPORT: 1) Within 10 days Defendant Liberty Mutual File Ins. Co. shall file an Answer, or the parties shall file an Agreed Order of Dismissal with respect to Liberty Mutual. 2) Within 21 the parties shall meet to discuss the nature and basis of their claims, possibilities of a prompt settlement, arrange for 26(a)(1) disclosures. 3) Within 10 days after meeting, parties shall file a joint status report containing: a) discovery plan; b) time necessary to file pretrial motions; c) whether matter is suitable for ADR; d) length of trial; e) whether parties consent to jurisdiction of a Magistrate Judge (Atkins) for all further proceedings. Consent forms are attached to this order. If parties consent, the Clerk shall reassign the matter without further order. 4) Should parties find that a joint report is not possible, parties shall file individual reports.
