SCHEDULING ORDER: (1)Parties to exchange Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures w/in 14 days. (2) Expert witness list: Plaintiff: March 1, 2025; Defendants April 15, 2025. (5) Maximum number of interrogatories that may be served by each party is sixty. (6) The maximum number of requests for admissions that may be served by each party shall be sixty. (13) Dispositive motions/Daubert motions due by June 27, 2025. (14) PT filings due by October 21, 2025. (15) NLT October 21, 2025, counsel directed to pre-mark all exhibits. (16) Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions due by October 28, 2025. (17) Objections to use of deposition or admissibility of exhibits shall be filed NLT November 4, 2025. (18) PT filings shall be submitted to the undersigned via email. (19) NLT November 4, 2025 parties shall submit each exhibit to chambers. (20) JURY TRIAL set for Tuesday, 11/18/2025 at 09:00 AM in COVINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves. Counsel to be present at 8:30 a.m. Estimated trial length is 4 days. ORDER FOR MEETING AND REPORT: 1. Within thirty (30) days, counsel for the parties shall conduct the meeting of parties required by Rule 26(f) to discuss the possibilities for a prompt settlement or resolution of the case and to develop a proposed discovery plan. 2.
