(6) The maximum number of requests for admissions that may be served by each party shall be sixty. (7) There is no limit on the maximum number of deposition that may be taken by any party but each party reserves the right to seek Court intervention. (8) If a party believes a deposition will take longer than seven hours, it shall provide the other parties with notice and other parties may request the deposition be taken over two days. Within thirty (30) days, counsel for the parties shall conduct the meeting of parties required by Rule 26(f) to discuss the possibilities for a prompt settlement or resolution of the case and to develop a proposed discovery plan. 2.
