ORDER: 1. To the extent that Mekus's complaint, DE #1 , requests that the Court issue an "emergency injunction", that request is DENIED; 2. Clerk SHALL ISSUE the summonses previously tendered by Mekus, DE #1 -4 through #1 -12, and return the issued process and a Proof of Service form for each summons to Mekus for service of the summons and complaint upon Defendants; 3. Mekus's construed motion for service is DENIED; and 4. Mekus is advised that if any defendant is not served within 90 days from the date that the complaint was filed, Mekus's claims against that defendant will likely be dismissed without prejudice per operation of that rule.
