January 3, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 11 SCHEDULING ORDER: (1) NLT 1/17/19, parties shall exchange information required by Rule 26(a)(1) which has not been previously exchanged. (2) NLT 6/7/2019 Plaintiff shall disclose expert witness. Defendnat's expert witness due by 7/5/2019. (3) Supplementation shall be due within 30 days of the discovery of new information. (4) NLT all discovery due by 9/6/2019. (5) All discovery disputes are referred to the United States Magistrate selected by random draw (Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett). (6) All motions for extensions of time shall be referred to the undersigned for disposition. The parties are advised in advance that such motions are not favored and must be accompanied by a memorandum and affidavit of counsel outlining sufficient grounds for granting the relief sought. (7) Partise may not, by agreement, extend any of the deadlines set forth in this Scheduling Order. (8) Parties have until 8/2/2019 to amend pleadings or to join additional parties. (9) NLT 10/4/2019 parties shall file all dispositive motions and Daubert. (10) Pretrial Filings due by 12/16/2019. (11) Counsel shall pre-mark and number all exhibits on or before 12/30/2019. Counsel shall file with the Clerk and submit to the Court, Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions with supporting authorities on or before 12/30/2019. (13) Any objections shall be filed, by counsel, on or before 1/13/2020. (14) Pretrial filings may be submitted to reeves_chambers@kyed.uscourts.gov. (15) NLT 1/17/2020 parties shall submit a copy of each exhibit to the Court's chambers. (16) JURY TRIAL set for 1/27/2020 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves. Counsel to be present at 8:30 a.m. Trial is expected for 4 days. (17) The parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month. Failure to timely comply with this requirement shall result in the matter being set for a status conference, requiring the attendance of counsel and the parties.
