SCHEDULING ORDER: DISCOVERY: 1) The following deadlines shall be observed in this action: (a) Initial disclosure due by 09/07/2021. Supplementation due by 04/17/2022. (b) Fact discovery due by 03/16/2021. 2) Parties shall observe the following directives re the filing of discovery materials according to item (a) to (e); 3) Discovery disputes shall be resolved in the manner described on items (a) to (c); DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS: The following motion deadlines shall be observed: (a) Pla's Motions for Joint additional parties or Amend their pleadings due by 10/19/2021. (b) Dft's Motions to Joint Additional parties or Amend Pleadings due by 11/19/2021. (c) Dispositive Motions, Motions in limine, and/or Daubert Motions due by 09/07/2022. PRETRIAL: 1) FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for 11/9/2022 at 02:30 PM in FRANKFORT before Judge Gregory F. VanTatenhove. Said Final Pretrial Conference shall be attended by the attorneys who will be trying the case, as well as the parties themselves, or a corporate/carrier representative with full settlement authority. 2) NLT 10/28/2022, counsel shall file w/ the Clerk an original, submit a copy to the Court's chambers and provide a copy to opposing counsel each of the following document listed on items (a) to (c); 3) NLT 10 days prior to the Final Pretrial Conference, counsel shall file w/ the Clerk an original, submit a copy to the Court's chambers, and provide a copy to opposing counsel of the documents listed on items (a) to (e). 4) NLT 11/04/2022 counsel shall file docs listed on items (a) to (b). 5) At the Final Pretrial Conference, counsel for the parties shall be prepared to performance the proceedings listed on items (a) to (e). 6) In addition to the official copies filed with the Clerk of the Court, the documents listed on items (a) to (e) shall be submitted by email to the undersigned's Chambers; TRIAL: JURY TRIAL set for 11/21/2022 at 10:00 AM in FRANKFORT before Judge Gregory F. VanTatenhove. Counsel to be present at 09:30 a.m.; EXTENSION OF TIME: Requests to modify any dates or deadlines established by this order shall be submitted upon motion filed prior to expiration of the deadline in question, and upon showing of good cause. REFERRAL TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE: This matter is referred to USMJ Matthew A. Stinnett for the purpose of: 1) Supervising discovery and pretrial proceedings. 2) Conducting all pretrial and status conferences, establishing and extending discovery deadlines, and all other deadlines, holding such hearings as may be required, and ruling on non-dispositive motions, except motions in limine.
