ORDER: 1) Pla's #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis, GRANTED. 2) $55.00 administrative fee, WAIVED. $350.00 filing fee must be paid as set forth. 3) Clerk shall open an account in Pla's name for receipt of the filing fee. Notice of Payment (EDKY 525) and a copy of this Order shall be sent to the warden of the institution in which Pla is confined. 4) Payment of the initial filing fee, DEFERRED. 5) For each month hereafter, if the amount in Deas's inmate account exceeds $10.00, his custodian shall deduct from Deas's inmate account an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month and remit that sum to the Clerk of the Court, until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 6) This matter stands submitted for initial screening.
