King, SHALL APPEAR at a date and timedesignated by Internal Revenue Officer Rebecca Huntley, in order to respond in full to t he Petition to Enforce IRS Summons. The Respondent, Charles E. REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 Petition to Enforce IRS Summons as to Charles E. King : Court recommends that the District Judge issue an order enforcing the IRS summons at issue in this action.District Judge should order that respondent appear at a date and time as designated by Revenue Officer Rebecca Huntley to respond in full to the summons previously served. Clerk of the Court serve this Order on all parties, specifically shall serve the respondent at 249 Pine Knot, Whitley City, KY 42635.
