MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER:1. Defendant Cavalry's Motion to Compel Arbitration [R. 16 ] is GRANTED; 2. Plaintiff Martin is ordered to arbitrate her claims against Cavalry pursuant to the terms of her Lowe's Credit Card Agreement; and 3. P ursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 3, further proceedings in this matter are STAYED pending arbitration. 4. If Martin fails to initiate arbitration proceedings within sixty (60) days from the entry of this order, the case will be dismissed with prejudice.
