SCHEDULING ORDER: 1) the following ddlns shall be observed: a) Initial disclosures by 11/19/18. These need not be filed in the Court record; b) Discovery as stated. i. Fact Discovery by 5/30/19; ii. Expert discovery nlt 5/30/19; c. Supplementation w/in 30 days of discovery of new info, but nlt 45 days prior to close of discovery. Supplemental disclosures & responses need not be filed in the Court record; d. Motions to join addl parties or amend pleadings by 2/15/19; e. Disclosures of expert witnesses (i) from plas by 1/28/19; and (ii) dfts by 2/14/19; f. Dispositive motions, and motions objecting to admissibility of expert witness testimony by 7/2/19, response and reply per Local Rule; 2. Parties observe directives regarding filing of discovery materials unless Court otherwise so orders; 3. Initial Pretrial Conference on 10/8/19 at 10:00 a.m. in London. 4. Final Pretrial Conference on 11/5/19 at 10:00 a.m. at London. 5. NLT 21 days before fptc, counsel shall file (a-f); 6. NLT 14 days before fptc, parties shall file (a-c); 7. At fptc parties shall be prepared to: a. make possible stipulations of admissibility; b. disclose demo or summary exhs; c. display all exhs to be used at trial; d. discuss possibility of settlement; e. advise Court of anticipated tech issues; 8. NLT 7 working days prior to trial counsel submit to Courts Chambers a copy of each doc exh; 9. TRIAL BY JURY on 12/3/19 at 9:30 a.m. at London. Counsel present by 9:00 a.m. Anticipated length is 2-3 days. 10. Court refers this case to United States Magistrate Judge Hanly A. Ingram for a. resolve all non-dispositive motions; b. manage discovery; c. manage pt sched issues; d. 2. Conduct mid-discovery telephonic conference; e. conduct settlement conference. 11.
