ORDER: 1. The Clerk of the Court shall send a copy of Rodriguez's petition, DE #1 , and this Order by certified mail to Respondent Warden Barnhart, the Attorney General for the United States, and the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky. 2. Respondent shall file a response to the petition within 60 days. The response shall be in the form of a memorandum addressing the factual allegations and legal claims contained in the petition. 3. Rodriguez may file a reply in further support of his petition within 30 days after the Respondent files his response. The petition will then stand submitted for further review and disposition. 4. Rodriguez must keep the Clerk informed of his current mailing address. Failure to notify the Clerk of any address change may result in a dismissal of this case. 5. Rodriguez must send a copy of every document he files with the Court to the Respondent or its attorney. Each original document Rodriguez files with the Court must include a certificate of service. The Court will disregard any document filed without the required certification. 6. Rodriguez must only communicate with the Court through notices or motions properly filed with the Court. The Court will disregard correspondence sent directly to the Judge's chambers. Signed by Judge Robert E.
