Filing 8 SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court adopts the following schedule: 1. Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by 9/2/2024. These disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. Supplementation as stated. 2. A telephonic conference, for counsel only, Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. The Court will circulate dial-in info prior to the call. 3. Parties have until 1/1/ 2025 to move to amend pleadings or join addl parties. 4. Pretrial fact discovery by 1/1/2025. NLT 6/27/2025, parties shall complete all discovery. 5. By 2/3/ 2025, expert disclosures by Pla, Dfts by 4/4/2025. 6. Dispositive motions and Daubert motions by 8/29/2025. 7. Discovery disputes resolved as stated. 8. Pretrial filings by 9/22/2025. 9. By 9/22/2025, counsel shall Premark exhibits and provide opposing counsel copies. 10. Proposed jury instructions by 9/22/2025. 11. By 9/29/2025, counsel shall file with the Clerk, shall submit a copy to the Court, and shall provide a copy to opposing counsel of any motions in limine and detailed objections to the use of any witness, document, or thing. 12. Pretrial Conference on 10/14/2025 at 10:00 a.m. at London 13. At pretrial conference, counsel shall file/submit a copy of the agreed proposed jury instructions. 14. NLT (7) working days prior to trial, counsel shall submit to Chambers a copy of each exhibit. 15. Jury Trial on 11/17/2025 at 9:30 a.m. Counsel at 9:00 a.m. Anticipated length is 3-4 days. 16.
