Filing 6 ORDER: 1. Benton's motion to proceed IFP R. #3 is GRANTED. 2. Because Benton has been granted pauper status, the $50.00 admin fee is waived. DC Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, 14. Title 28, Section1915(b)(1), (2) require a prisoner to pay the $350.00 filing fee. 3. Clerk shall open an account in Benton's name for receipt of thefiling fee. Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form (Form EDKY 525) and shall send the Notice and a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution in which Benton is confined. 4. W/in 28 days, Benton's custodian shall deduct $31.67 from Benton's inmate account and remit that sum to the Clerk as an initial partial filing fee. 5. For each month thereafter, if the amount in Bentons inmate account exceeds $10.00, his custodian shall deduct from Benton's inmate account an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month and remit that sum to the Clerk. The custodianshall continue such monthly payments until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 6. This matter stands submitted for initial screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), 1915A.
