ORDER: 1. Cockerham's motions to proceed in forma pauperis #2 , #8 are GRANTED. 2. Because Cockerham has been granted pauper status in this proceeding, the $50.00 administrative fee is waived. 3. Clerk shall open an account in Cockerham's name for receipt of filing fee. Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form (Form EDKY 525) and shall send Notice and a copy of this Order to administrator or warden of institution in which Cockerham is confined. 4. Payment of initial partial filing fee is DEFERRED. 5. For each month hereafter, if amount in Cockerham's inmate account exceeds $10.00, his custodian shall deduct 20% of his income for preceding month and remit that sum to Clerk. custodian shall continue such monthly payments until entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 6.
