ORDER OF DISMISSAL: 1. Honesty's current petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28:2241 (R. #1 is DENIED without prejudice; 2. Action STRICKEN from Court's docket; 3. Clerk shall send Honesty following blank forms so he may file new action if he chooses to do so: a. E.D. Ky. 521 Form; b. AO 240 Form; and c. E.D. Ky. 523 Form; and 4. Honesty may start new civil action re matter he raised. However, he must complete E.D. Ky. 521 Form in its entirety and file with Court. Honesty must also complete and file both the AO 240 and E.D. Ky. 523 Forms, or, alternatively, must pay $5 filing fee or submit a copy of completed BP-199 Form that he filed with prison officials. Signed by Judge Claria Horn Boom on 8/2/2022.
