The United States Marshal for the Western District of Kentucky is directed to prepare and deliver to Pla intiff Green River Marina, LLC a Bill of Sale for the Vessel, which is free and clear of all liens, encumbrances or claims of right of any party to this proceeding. For the forgoing reasons, Bank of America, N.A. has a preferred mortgage in Copacetic that is superior to any lien or claim that Green River Marina, LLC may have on the proceeds from the sale of the watercraft.
