MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Magistrate Judge Lanny King on 1/29/2019. Because the ALJ failed to identify substantial reasons for giving little weight to Dr. Lopez-Suescum's post-hearing diagnosis and findings and for discounting Plaintiff's alleged limitations due to pain, this matter is hereby REMANDED for a new decision and any further proceedings deemed necessary and appropriate by the Commissioner. cc: Counsel (CDF)
