Plaintiff seeks $323 trillion from Identity Theft Inc., Computer Hackers LLC and Telephone Phreakers. Plaintiff alleges that defendants sold his copyright-protected name to eBay Auctions and used the proceeds to arm the Sudan Janjaweed rebels and others in violation of the Trading with Enemy Act. Plaintiff also charges that George W. Bush, Jeb Bush and Telephone Phreakers pled allegiance to Al-qaeda on November 11, 2005. Defendants also alleged snuck into prison and closed plaintiff's brain.
