MEMORANDUM OPINION by Judge Charles R. Simpson, III on 8/8/12. For reasons set forth the we conclude that Pltf has failed to establish a prima facie case of retaliation under title VII, and even if he were able to, we conclude that Dft has establish ed a legitimate, non-retaliatory reason for terminating Pltf's employment that Pltf has failed to rebut as pretextual. Dft's motion for summary judgment will be granted. An order consistent with this opinion will be entered this date.cc:counsel (SJS)
