ORDER by Senior Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. on 8/26/2024: IT IS ORDERED no later than September 30, 2024, Plaintiffs must each sign and date the amended complaint. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send each Plaintiff page 6 of their amended complaint. [DN 6 at 6]. No later than September 30, 2024, Plaintiff Ferguson shall either pay his $202.50 portion of the filing fee or file a certified copy of his prison trust account statement for the six months immediately preceding the filing of this action. No later than September 30, 2024, Plaintiff Litton shall either pay his $202.50 portion of the filing fee or file an application to proceed without prepayment of fees along with a certified copy of his prison trust account statement for the six months immediately preceding the filing of this action. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff Litton an application to proceed without prepayment of fees for his completion.
