The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a § 1983 complaint form with this case number and t he word Amended affixed thereto so that Plaintiff can include the additional Defendants and allegations set forth above. The Clerk of Court also is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff four blank summons forms. cc: Plaintiff (pro se) with Complaint form and 4 blank summons (JBM) |
