Filing 247 ORDER & REASONS that Plaintiff Oil Mop, LLC's 180 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. Defendants' and Intervenor's counterclaims are dismissed. Summit is ordered to pay $237,484.35 to Oil Mop plus costs. Because OPA does not provide for the payment of attorneys' fees in claims of this sort, the Court declines to award such payment. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Oil Mop's claims against all third parties, which relate to the Defendants' counterclaims, are hereby DISMISSED.
