ORDER AND REASONS - the Court GRANTS summary judgment 68 in favor of plaintiffs on their state law negligence claim against Thompson and their state law vicarious liability claim against Sheriff Gusman. The Court also GRANTS summary judgment on pl aintiffs' § 1983 claim against Thompson. In addition, the Court GRANTS partial summary judgment on the "constitutional violation" component of the third element of plaintiffs' § 1983 claim under Monell against Sheriff Gusman.
