It is FURTHER ORDERED that the u nopposed 60 Motion to Dismiss or, Alternatively, for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's federal civil rights claims against Sheriff Newell Normand, Edward Olsen, Howard Lavin, Martha Ennis, John Cotton , Carl Preyer, Gary Cook, and Sue Ellen Monfra are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
