IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Rule 12(b)(1) Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction filed by Defendant Corphealth, Inc. d/b/a LifeSynch is GRANTED. Plaintiffs state-law claims against LifeSynch case are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
