Having carefully considered the parties' submissions and applicable law, IT IS ORDERED that Defendant Newfield's motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART and that Plaintiff LLOG's motion is GRANTED IN PART. Given these conclusions, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the remainder of this action be and hereby is stayed and administratively closed pending arbitration, as stated within document.
