IT IS ORDERED that defendants' motion to approve a supersedeas bond in the amount of $448,801.74 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all proceedings to execute the Court's August 22, 2017 judgment are to be stayed upon Anthony Alford's posting with this Court a supersedeas bond in the amount of $695,928.72.
