IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Daubert Motion to Exclude the Causation Testimony of Plaintiff's Expert, Dr. Jerald Cook 53 is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff 's Motion for Admission of Plaintiffs' [sic] Expert Opinions Because of BP Defendants' Spoliation of Evidence of Plaintiff's Exposure is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 54 is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendants are DISMISSED with prejudice.
