ORDER re #2 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff's application is DENIED because he has not submitted a certified copy of the trust fund account (or institutional equivalent) for the prisoner for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2) (emphasis added). The Court will reconsider this ruling only if plaintiff complies with the Notice of Deficient Filing issued to him by the Clerk of Court on 1/27/2020, and forwards to the Court a properly completed pauper application and required statement of account.
