IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (ECF No. 2) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk WITHHOLD issuance of summons at this time. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before Wednesday, February 16, 2022, Plaintiff Juan M. Rivera a/k/a Angelo Rosorio show cause why his Complaint should not be summarily dismissed.
