August 26, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 144 OPINION: Accordingly, on the basis of the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, the court finds that the plaintiff has sustained damages due to the negligence of the defendant, Diamond. Thus, JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED in favor of Plaintif f and against Defendant as stated herein. IT IS ORDERED that the parties submit briefs to the Court on the issue of calculating the amount of lost wages between November 2, 2001 and April 27, 2006 within thirty (30) days of this opinion..
